Our shipping times are based on standard USPS mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to ship using stock art and sizes. Please allow an estimated 10-14 days for all custom orders. International shipping times vary. Please email us for custom sizes and orders over 30 pieces.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom-designed bollardSOX™ are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For stock designs and non-custom orders, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
